Oh,
what a week! 7 year old computer just cannot take more
upgrades
and the processor is on its way out. SIGH.
It
never ever seems to end, eh? Need to work ten times
faster
as I will have my princess Madison, now 2 1/2
years
old, from Monday to Saturday and sure will not
get
much done then, lol. Muddling along, if nothing
else I
am kinda known for being persistent, NOT to
be
confused with stubborn, lol.
IF
anyone has a registered copy cd of Word2000, please
let me
know. It is the main thing on my computer that
I could
not burn a copy of and make WORK for a future
one and
I really need it. Of all the things the EX
took
with him that did not belong TO him, this was
the
worst. That CD and my desk top publishing ones
were
connected to my livelihood, like my computer
and the
cable, the tools for this mechanic, eek!

THAT’S
NOT WHAT I WANT!

I just
had an “AHA” moment - or maybe it was a “DUH!” moment.
Guess
it doesn’t really matter.
In
going through my Inbox I received the umpteenth email about
attending
THE important event where I would learn EVERYTHING
I ever
needed or wanted to know to make gazillions. And before
the internet
marketers jump on me - yes, I subscribed to most
of
these lists and I expect to receive the emails - that’s not
a
problem to me. I know how to hit unsubscribe - and believe
me -
I’m doing it more and more frequently.
I
subscribed to most of these lists originally because I found
some
value in some product or service that Ms. or Mr.
Expert/Guru
were touting me. I’m perfectly OK with that.
Or am
I?
Here’s
what I just realized. I subscribed to those lists because
in my
mind, I believed I did not have “enough” information.
I felt
I was at a disadvantage in the marketplace because
I
didn’t know everything there was to know about internet
marketing.
I was scared that if I didn’t buy the X program
or
listen to the Y teleseminar - I might miss something that
was
vitally important to my business success. In short, I was
falling
into the trap of the mass consciousness that I was
simply
not good enough, smart enough, savvy enough.
(SIDENOTE:
Think about it for a minute - internet marketing
might
not be your weak spot - but keep reading and think
about
diet programs, time management systems, household
safety
or whatever subject that pushes your “I’m Not Good
Enough”
button.)
The
more I studied, the more courses / products / special
reports
/ teleseminars I read / listened to / bought - the
worse I
felt. And I couldn’t figure out why! Here I was
learning
GREAT stuff - there are some absolutely AMAZING
products
and services out there and some truly AWESOME
people
who have created them. And getting to know some
of them
through the Social Media outlets of Twitter and
Facebook
- is an absolute blessing - hands down - ain’t
no
doubt about it!
So why
did I still feel bad?
Well
one reason is that the marketers are doing a very fine job!
But the
real reason is . . .
Wait
for it . . . .
Because
I’m allowing it.
Yup -
that’s right. I’m allowing myself to feel badly because
I am
choosing to believe that I am not good enough, smart
enough
or clever enough to figure everything out. Now - that’s
all
pretty understandable really. But here’s the real kicker.
The
real kicker is that if I am filled with doubt and lack I am
NOT
coming from a place of trust in an abundant Universe am I?
I am
NOT believing in the Art of Allowing. I am NOT believing
that
everything is in Divine Order and Right Timing. I am NOT
believing
that it is “my Father’s Good Pleasure to give me
the
Kingdom?” . . . Am I?
Are
you?
The Law
of Attraction is very clear! Simply stated: what you
think
about you bring about. So if my mind set is - “uh-oh”
I don’t
have enough information, I’m not good enough, I’m
never
gonna be successful without this product or that
service
— then what am I gonna attract?
You got
it! More and more offers for more and more products
and
services that reinforce my belief that I’m not good enough
because
I don’t KNOW enough!
ACCCKKKK!!!!!
That’s
NOT WHAT I WANT! : )
From
this moment forward, I am changing my thought process
about
marketing my business in the following ways and you
dear
readers have my full authority to hold me accountable:
* I
believe with my whole heart that I live in an abundant
Universe.
*
Knowing that I live in an abundant Universe - I will be
provided
with absolutely every single thing I need to do / be /
have my
Highest Good.
* That
means I believe I am divinely guided and I will
always
take the right turn of the road.
* That
means that it will be CRYSTAL CLEAR to me exactly
what
additional resources I may need to be of maximum service
to God
and to my fellows.
* That
means that if there is something I need to learn,
buy,
read or listen to it will be brought front and center
to my
attention at the exact perfect time and perfect moment.
* And —
I will have an intuitive recognition of that
easily
and effortlessly with no stress and no strain.
* And
THAT means - I have absolutely nothing to FEAR.
There
is no lack that exists. I am missing NOTHING. I am
re-aligned
with my Divine Spirit. I am perfect, whole and
complete
just as I am in this moment AND I am also open,
willing
and receptive to new information, new ideas, new
thoughts,
new people and new experiences that will expand
my
ability to serve God and my fellows.
And
THAT my friends means . . . .
I am at
peace.
I am
safe.
I am
open and receptive to my Highest Good now.
I can
breathe again.
ALL IS
WELL.
Including
me! And most definitely YOU! : )

Chuckle
An Old
Man's Last Wish
There
he is, this old man, in his upstairs bedroom, heaving
what
will probably be his last breath ...
He
thinks to himself:
"I've
lived a good life, I've cared for my family and friends,
harmed
no one intentionally, yet here I am alone and about to
die".
Just
then a familiar aroma wafted passed his bulbous nose
and he
couldn't help but think:
"Anisette...
anisette cookies!"
"My
darling wife of 50 years know how much I adore anisette
cookies!",
he loudly thought to himself.
"She
didn't want me to leave without having one last pleasure,
something
I truly relish", this old man spoke aloud not
realizing
he was moving.
With
one bony arm he removed the oxygen mask and struggled
feebly
out of bed, crying and happy just thinking of the
wonderful
kindness & sacrifice his wife made to provide him
this
one last wish.
Dragging
himself down the stairs to the entry of the kitchen,
this
old man was awash in tears as he spied a huge pile of
his
beloved anisette cookies on the counter...
He
dragged himself with the remaining strength of one arm
to the
counter and reached out to taste the warm anisette
cookie
that reminded him of his boyhood days... sobbing
with
happiness...
One...
more ... inch to glory...
Just
then, a large wooden spoon appeared out of nowhere,
knocking
his hand away from the golden treasure before him...
There,
standing with her arms akimbo was the love of his life,
his
wife who said:
"Hey,
what are you doing... those are for the funeral!"
