I can hardly get my poor, tired, old mind around the fact
that it is already JULY. Geez! I know as I get older,
time does seem to go more quickly, but even the young
people are commenting on ,"Where is this year going?"
Aiden is now one and his "big" sister, my Princess Madison,
is four and a half and just got enrolled in Gymnastics.
She will be in Kindergarten next year and that just does
seem possible. Brayden turned two in May - it seemed to
take MUCH longer for my own kids to grow up, lol.
I guess because I had the total care of them each day
and night and frankly, some of those days seemed endless
until I blinked and they were all big kids.
MY baby, Shannon, will be 18 in August. As strange as
it seems for my own kids to be 28, 22 and turning 18,
it is somehow much more difficult for me to grasp
my beloved grand kids getting so old, lol

Featured Article
This week, instead of an article, I wanted to highlight
a really cute and fun response I got from one of my
beloved subscribers to my "fun spot" mentioned last week:
The Fastest Way To Peel A Boiled Egg
http://www.bitrebels.com/geek/the-fastest-way-to-peel-a-hard-boiled-egg
> No yoke. It is true!
Go ova to YouTube and enter the phrase "hard boiling eggs"
(without the quote marks) in the search box, which is
eggsactly what I did. Or just click this link (which
I eggstracted from the address bar in order to paste it here)
http://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=hard+boiling+eggs&aq=2m
All white, let's see what we can find. Shell any clearly demonstrate
that fast and easy peeling can be done? Yes! There are some videos
with eggcellent, over easy instructions for you to follow.
They shell prove to you, it can be done.
Here are three of note:
Tim Ferriss - How to Peel Hard-boiled Eggs without Peeling
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PN2gYHJNT3Y
Quick Tips: How To Peel Hard-Boiled Eggs Easily
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M7v1m63Ybqc&feature=fvsr
How To Hard-Boil an Egg So It Peels Easily
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g8qLshzQ05A
How eggciting is this? Your friend's claims were not eggsagerated
after all. In fact, it appears to be an eggsistential method for
peeling hard boiled eggs.

how cute, Michael, you must have worked pretty hard on this :-)
thanks and thanks for reading.
By the way, I still cannot QUITE do it, lol
I followed up, after spending about an hour enjoying
the above mentioned videos and others I kept finding
on this subject and also enjoyed these:
How to make a perfect omelette:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=27BigIWxMMw&feature=channel
and once you watch this one, there are several more on
this same subject that pop up.
I also loved this one that has nothing to do with EGGS, lol:
How to make a Burrito:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d2TCPNltuY0&NR=1
I have got to warn you, though, that these can get
quite addictive. I have to "allow" myself a specified time
limit or could spend all day with these fun vids.

Positive Quote
I think the purpose of life is to be useful, to be responsible,
to be honorable, to be compassionate. It is, after all, to matter:
to count, to stand for something, to have made some difference
that you lived at all.
-- Leo C. Rosten (1908-1977) American Writer

Fun Tip or Sites
This is not really a fun site, it is more of an important
take on a subject I hear a lot about as I work on the net.
This video by one of my favorite clients for my Virtual Assistance
business, Ann Evanston, makes a very clear presentation
and I love her style :-)
Is it Creativity or is it Stealing?

Funny of the Day
"Now, Ms. Lyons," said the doctor, "you say you have shooting pains
in your neck, dizziness, and constant nausea. Just for the record,
how old are you?" "Why, I'm going to be 39 on my next birthday,"
the woman replied indignantly. "Hmmm," muttered the doctor,
"Got a slight loss of memory, too."
